About Our Sauces
Great barbecue needs no sauce. Great sauce needs no barbecue.
Whatever your preference, we've got you covered.
Eat your meat with sauce. Eat your sauce by the spoonful.
Pour it into a glass and drink it. We're not here to judge.

Crafted with Purpose
All of our signature and specialty barbecue sauces are made with
premium ingredients, such as locally roasted coffee, and whiskey barrel-aged honey. No two batches of sauce are exactly the same,
but all are equally delicious.
From Kansas City to the Carolinas, our selection of sauces
will satisfy any palate. Whether you prefer to
dress your meat with mild cilantro-garlic Wight Sauce,
spicy chipotle-based Mind Flayer Sauce, or something in between,
chances are you'll find your new favorite at Pit Fiend Barbecue.

Wight
For this tangy, refreshing sauce, we emulsify garlic and cilantro into a mild but flavorful aioli with mustard, vinegar, and lime. Kept refrigerated - just ask us for some!

Kobold
A sweet and spicy sauce inspired by Kansas City barbecue. We start with a base of confit garlic, molasses, and brown sugar, then finish this sauce on the smoker.

Mind Flayer
Our spicy BBQ sauce is based in barbacoa, North America's oldest form of barbecue, blending guajillo and pasilla peppers with earthy cumin and chipotles in adobo.
